Cherry Blossoms

Here is the video I put together on the show in the Silk Purse Gallery, at the same time as our show for the North Shore Art Crawl in the Silk Purse Studio. This show, co-sponsored by FibreEssence and Vancouver Guild of Fibre Art, was really lovely, and IMHO even better than last year.

A lot of really nice pieces, very well rendered.  Although I only know a few of the people by name – Monica, Pam, Kristen (hey, you rock btw, and so does that baby!) and of course Jennifer Cooper, who showed that beautiful pink “Pojagi Korean Quilting” hanging in the window. (Along with another one in the studio, and her shibori banners, and her hand dyed silks and her… well, I could go on and on -and generally do, if given the opportunity) I don’t know the names of the other people in the group, but will try and get them and put on here.
